Shipping policy

1 - General

The times indicated on the Site are average times and correspond to the usual processing and shipping times. The products are delivered by La Poste or another carrier to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. When the customer orders several products at the same time and these have different shipping times, the order shipping time is based on the longest time. Neo reserves the right to split shipments. The contribution to the processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment. Neo cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. Any order not dispatched within 30 days of the order will be cancelled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the offer of sale.

2 - Delays

The delivery times of the products vary according to the availability of the products. The delivery of products varies between 5 days and 3 weeks. Neo undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible if the deadline was not met. Exceeding these deadlines may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, reduction of the price paid by the customer, or payment of damages and interest, provided that the customer is delivered within 30 working days following confirmation of his order. In the event of the unavailability of the good within the 30-day period, after informing the customer, Neo will reimburse the client.
